Hypermobility: The pain is felt in the lower back and can even be transferred to the groin area.

Hypomobility: This pain rules just one side of the buttocks and usually stays above the leg.

The pain often feels like the dull or sharp pain that tends to move up to the thighs and upper back. Sometimes even standing triggers the pain and continues to one side of the body.
